email questionnaire for a customized approach. This is followed by an hour of live coaching in Amsterdam or Schoorl, with a summary
by email. It is recommended to do so in the
months after this 3-5 refresher consultations
plans for additional support.

Coaching space
Guidance is available online or in person in Amsterdam. Online sessions offer flexibility and can easily be followed from home. For those who prefer personal contact, it is also possible to meet in Amsterdam. This way, you can choose what best suits your situation and preferences.
