Cancellation and No-show: In case of cancellation within 48 hours or in case of a no-show, the consultation fee will be charged.

Reimbursement: At this time, the consultations are not reimbursed by the health insurer.

• As a (family) doctor, I am bound by professional confidentiality.

• I act in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Complaints procedure:

• In accordance with the Wkkgz (Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act), I am affiliated with the DOKh foundation.

• Do you have a complaint? I would like to hear this personally first, so that we can look for a solution together.
